Could the Video games that are cancelled from Hapon can remake the games ?

It's just because that their are some games I think that are a really fun to play don't you agree ? Or no not really at all ?

Will Sega for example, in around 1999 they cancelled producing game consoles and there video games but....i have a sega genesis created sa pamamagitan ng at games. so you can say when Hapon games are canceled, other company's help out to make them or duplicate them again.
