Luke MacFarlane: Being in "Over There" is a wonderful thing, but, at the same time, I don\'t want it to be the highlight of my career.
Luke MacFarlane: The hardest thing about this business is that the more you have, or achieve, the more fear there is of losing it. There\'s this huge pressure to keep improving and going to that next step.
Luke MacFarlane: The most important thing I learned at Julliard is how important theatre can be.
Luke MacFarlane: (about his role in "Over There") I figure I got the role because I wanted and needed the job so darned desperately. Being broke makes you real determined.
Luke MacFarlane: Of course, you need talent and hard work -- and I work damned hard -- but it\'s naive to think that good fortune doesn\'t play a pretty big part in this business.
Luke MacFarlane: I\'m very lucky, I really haven\'t struggled too much, which is probably both a blessing and a curse.
Luke MacFarlane: You cannot make a TV show about a war that\'s going on and not have a political show.

Luke\'s acting on this show can only be described as "exceptional!". He has made his character "Dim" so adorable and dependable. Though he is facing his own personal demons, he never failed to make his comrades feel that they have each other. His role and acting really gets into me and if I\'ve to write down every reason why he\'s
my favorite, I\'ll need more space so I\'ll just sum it up and say "he\'s simply the best!!!".moreless
Luke MacFarlane is an amazing actor. I first became introduced to Luke when I saw him play Scotty on Brothers & Sisters. He plays the role so well. He was definitely the perfect choice for the role. It\'s so good to hear that the executive producers of Brothers & Sisters would like to find a way to bring Scotty back
in the future. He really is a great character thanks mostly in part to Luke\'s brilliant portrayal of Scotty. Luke truly is an amazing actor, and I really hope that he goes on to achieve great success with his acting career.moreless
