this is what i think, people say anna and william are dating this is not proven yet, he has sinabi that anna is just like a sister to him and that he has no girlfriend and not dating anyone because he is madami focusing on his pagganap career.

But Since they're famous. They has a "secret-relationship". But it didn't last that long.
