As the fighting sounded out in the corridor ahead, Richi looked over at his companions. "Can you guys fight?" Jenna glanced over at Richi with a look of both annoyance and concern and replied, "Duh. I'm not sure how effective we'll be though. Something's been weakening Sean and me since we've been in this dungeon." Sean silently nodded in agreement. "Feels like Dampening Magic." Richi bit back a curse as the fighting seemed to get closer. Before he could say a word, a guard came flying out from around the corner and was embedded about 2 feet into the brick wall. Five madami guards came running around the corner and ran past the stunned teens, their intent on escape. A girl with kulay-lila hair and a look of anger came sprinting around the corner after the guards, only to skid to a stop at the sight of her friend. "Hey Scotch." Richi greeted with an expression of both relief and slight fear. Scotch's face relaxed, and she tackled her friend to the ground in a hug. While Jenna and Sean awkwardly stood aside, Valeriya also came flying around the corner after Scotch only to see her on the ground with Richi. She giggled and softly shook her head, covering her smile with her hand. Realizing just how they looked, Richi gently pried her arms off of him and stood up, his regenerative powers re-healing his re-opened wounds. Cain walked around the same corner and stopped at the sight of Jenna and Sean, who were both trying to hold in their laughs. Surprised, Cain awkwardly stood there as the pair desperately held in their laughter. Noticing their old friend, Jenna and Sean choked back their laugh to greet him.

Introductions were sorted out as the group of six slowly walked toward the exit. "So you're Richi's old friends?" Val asked. Jenna put on an expression of mock surprise before replying. "He called us friends? I'm shocked. Has the son of Satan grown soft?" Richi sighed as everyone but Scotch laughed, as she took to softly chuckling. "But yeah," Jenna continued, "we're his friends. And I'm assuming, " she said, pointing to Scotch, "she's his girlfriend?" Richi, who had droned out most of the conversation, blushed at hearing this assumption. Scotch also blushed furiously and began walking ahead of the group to ilipat out of earshot. The rest laughed at their expense, their voices echoing through the corridors, as if they had not a care in the world. "Anyway," Richi forced out, " I need to find some stuff the guards took from me. I'm sure Sean and Jenna also have things they need to find, too." Receiving nods from the pair, Richi called over Scotch to also inform her of the plan. "We'll travel in teams of two." Richi began as Scotch came within earshot. "Val, go with Sean and help him find his stuff. Scotch, travel with Jenna. Cain, you're with me. Any other valuables you find, take it. Could help later."

Before he could say more, Jenna interrupted him. "Actually, I wanna catch up with Cain. You," she told him while pushing Scotch over to him, "can go with her." She ran off, dragging Cain sa pamamagitan ng his balabal before he could argue. Sean ran off right after Jenna with Val giggling as she went with her assigned teammate. As the four split off with their partners, Richi and Scotch stood in place, dumbfounded at what had just happened. Scotch shuffled about in place before speaking up. "S-Shall we get going?" Richi snapped back to reality and replied, "Y-Yeah."

The first several rooms they came across were completely empty, but they eventually came across several storage rooms. While Scotch stood guard outside, Richi searched through lockers and containers for his weapons and equipment. Eventually, they ended up looking together, as neither of them wanted to stay any longer than necessary.

"So..." Richi suddenly said, their paghahanap going on for hours. "Hm?" Scotch looked from the container she was searching in to look at her blonde friend. "How'd you escape? Didn't the guards capture you guys as well?" Scotch blushed at remembering the events that led up to her escape. "Zeph and Cain bailed me out. While trying to find you...." she trailed off. Richi stopped his own paghahanap to look back at her, whose face was tinged with pink. "Yeah...?" She bit her lip before going on. "Let's just say that making fun of me isn't a good idea." She continued looking through the box after that, clearly not wanting to talk about it anymore. Richi shuddered on the inside, remembering the last time he teased her a bit too much. The girl was shy, but taking it too far can end with you with bruises all over your body from flying through trees, completely shredded clothing, and lions chasing you. Not fun.

"Found it!" Richi yelled out over to Scotch. She pulled her head out of the box she was looking in to see all of Richi's things safely in his own hands. Several files were also scattered about amidst his equipment, and as he made to move, the files scattered about on the ground. His sinturon also slid off his hands and went down with the files, and as Richi bent down to grab it, he noticed a name on one of the papers.

"Wait.... Why does that seem familiar?" he muttered to himself as he picked up his belt. He thought about it as he dressed himself with his weapons, his sword hanging where it always was and his pistol secured in its holster. Something flashed into his mind, and as Scotch came over to him, he remembered.

"No.........NO!"

Richi dashed out the room before Scotch could figure out what had happened, and as he passed his friends, who had also found their things, he began going up at the nearest staircase at an incredible speed. Scotch, who had just run out the room, was stopped sa pamamagitan ng Val, who asked, "Where is he going? That's not the way out." Scotch shook her head, telling them that she also had no idea. Jenna sighed and looked over at the staircase Richi had gone up. "Gear up guys. We need to go find him before he kills himself doing something stupid." As they quickly prepped themselves, Jenna muttered to herself. "Again...."
