I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 to make crossovers and they turn out pretty good.

Ok, there is a site that most people use; but you can also make crossovers using Paint on your computer. All you do is copy two or madami pics and paste them to different pages in Paint, cut around all the bits you want to use and then save them. Then, paste them onto whatever background you want to use, hit Transparent Select on the Select menu button and ilipat them to wherever you want them til you're happy and then save and upload pic. (as deckdarcie) You can use paint on your computer. It works pretty well for the most part. I use pixlr.com now, and I definitely prefer it. It's free and easy to use, and it has a lot madami effects than paint. It's also a lot easier to erase around you edges, and to rebuild backgrounds if you need to. All you do is upload you pictures and cut out what you don't want, just like you would on paint. I think the site has instructions too, if you get confused. Hope this helps! Good luck. :)

I use Gimp (version 2.6) for editing pictures. It's free to download and it include lot of different features. And after that I edit ready picture with pixlr-o-matic for change mga kulay or add overlays and borders.
