I am an extremely sympathetic person, but empathy is really hard for me. If a person isn't anxious/sad/etc. or doesn't look like they may be anxious/sad/etc., I don't feel anything I can be empathetic towards. I don't know why.

Tbh Idgaf about alot of things. I really really don't. If I feel someone deserved something to happen to them I will be apathetic or be vindictive. I am only somewhat empathetic to people I care about mostly but even then it's a mix of empathy and apathty. So I am highly indifferent or apathetic but I do show signs of empathy sometimes.
