Poetry, song and autobiography have been interlinked for millennia. In my pioneering life, beginning in 1962, the music and words of The Beatles and Bob Dylan, the culture of the sixties and my own autobiography come together in an interesting cross-fertilization. Bob Mason's unpublished PhD Thesis on 'The Dialogue Between the Beatles and Bob Dylan'1 illumined, for me, this tatsulok of relationships. To take but one of many possible examples, the very buwan I decided to pioneer among the Eskimo, October 1965, The Beatles' hit "Nowhere Man" was released, sinabi Mason. Most of their songs were...

"Corgis!", exclaimed Laura as the Queen's pets joined in and greeted her and the lads. Ringo said, "Aw! They are so sweet." Elizabeth replied, "Yes, they pag-ibig having visitors." George sinabi while one of them licked his face, "I can tell that. What are their names?" Philip said, "Their names are Toffee, Flora, Earl, Lucky, and Scooter." John remarked, "Those are such nice names, eh?" Elizabeth smiled and said, "They certainly are." Paul said, "What's it like to take care of a Corgi?" Elizabeth replied, "Well, they're actually quite easy to manage overall. Since all five of them are very energetic,...

The following will begin as a sad fanfiction. This idea had been inside me for a while, and I just had to let it out now. As I said, parts of this will be very sad, and might seem out of character for me to write, so I ask you to remember two things. One, I live for happy endings, and would never leave a story of mine without one. Two, I would never, ever, leave the Beatles without the happiness they deserve. Please remember this disclaimer as I continue to write this fanfiction.
We begin our story in early March, 1981.

Chapter One

It had been nearly three months now, and Paul still missed John...

Paul: hands off his phone to anyone who steps outside so he can hatch his eggs faster, is always putting down a lure, tries to convince the company to make Abbey Road a gym

John: makes Paul drive around in circles for a Pokemon he swears is just around the corner, trespasses onto private property for Pokemon

George: stops in the middle of recording to catch a pokemon, takes a road trip to get different types of Pokemon

Ringo: constantly runs out of pokeballs, takes a screenshot of every pokemon he gets and puts it on twitter, excitedly yells out every pokemon he sees

Christmas araw had finally come, and the Beatles were preparing to broadcast their new message for their fans sa pamamagitan ng doing a little microphone test while Laura decided to listen from the couch. Once the test was successful, the message kicked off with the lads pag-awit a portion of "Yesterday" with a humorous tone. Ringo then said, "Greetings, Beatle people! We are live from Windsor Castle, and it's time to do a pasko record!" George added, "What shall we say, then?" Paul said, "That's a good question. Ad-lib it!" In the susunod five minutes, they sinabi a message of thanks to the...

George and Laura had finished packing up their things into the car and were all set for a special family retreat with his parents, brothers, and sister Louise (Lou for short). The latter returned from the States a few days nakaraan for a month-long visit, and to welcome her back, they decided to spend some quality time together at their paborito camping site, which is located in the forest just outside of Liverpool. As they boarded the car, Laura said, "I'm very excited to meet your sister, daddy George! It's been a while since you last saw each other, has it?" George replied, "Oh indeed, Laura,...

susunod morning, the Beatles, Laura, and the royal couple woke up feeling re-energized. After breakfast, they all proceeded to the rose garden to finally start setting up the pasko Tree. Laura said, "Decorating the puno is gonna be super fun, daddy George!" He replied, "It certainly will be, my darling!" John, Paul, and Ringo nodded in agreement. Philip then asked Laura, "Would you like to be the one to put the bituin on top?" She replied, "Absolutely, sir! I'd pag-ibig that!" They shared a high five. Soon, it all began. Everyone had a blast in the puno decoration as they placed the ornaments and...

John got to his feet.
The thing he had been lying on, from what he could see, was shaped like a black-and-white sunflower. Though he had trouble telling for sure at this distance, it looked as though it had the word "Imagine" written on. Nice - though John couldn't think why this word in particular would be chosen for his tribute. Or why it wouldn't look madami bright and cheerful. And why a tribute to him? He hadn't realized that the Americans had even known about the Beatles long enough to make a tribute to him. And why only him? Why hadn't they just made one for all the Beatles? But none of...

The group felt a high surge of adrenaline at the moment they reached the top. George then said, "So ladies, you can take your turn first in attacking the phantom. Ringo, Sparkie, and I will do the finishing touches." Laura and Pattie responded with a salute, and the latter replied, "We're on it, my dear!" "For this train ride!" added Laura.

Shortly afterwards, they were face to face with the Phantom Tyrannus. His red eyes could only be seen, for he was hooded all throughout. He even carried a staff which was capable of wielding dark magic! With another evil cackle, he jeered, "I can easily defeat...

This is what I think a Beatles konsiyerto would've been like today if John and George were alive and they were all still touring together :)
(I can dream can't I?) ;)

The arena is packed as usual, filled fans of all ages! The lights dim and then a spotlight shines, the Beatles emerge not dressed in bumagay but in their casual clothes which is okay cause they look good in anything they wear.

The crowd is shouting, throwing jellybabies and flowers. John catches a rose and dramatically sniffs it before handing it to Paul and somehow Paul ends up with the stem making him smirk. John is so funny!

Then they...

Today was the big day. The araw John, George, and Ringo were flying to London to find the portal. Actually it opened tomorrow, but they had made sure to time things so that they would already be there when that happened. They were taking no chances on missing it. That was unthinkable.
The three mga kaibigan had packed their things, John had kissed his wife and son good-bye, and then it was off to the airport. The three mga kaibigan felt a mixture of excited and nervous. Excited, because they would soon have Paul back, and all four Beatles would be together again. None of them considered that, once they...

The konsiyerto at Madison Square Gardens was promoted all over New York, and there were posters everywhere with mga litrato of the various bands who would be playing. The Beatles were thrilled to see their picture splashed all over the city in something other than a wanted poster. But it did give Paul pause.
"I hope me dad isn't following the music scene here," he remarked nervously.
George frowned and nodded.
John didn't think there was any need to worry. "He's too busy looking for you with the police to take in a show." The way John pronounced the word "police" left no doubt as to his opinion of the...

Of course, when I got back to my own time, I had no idea what my brief trip into the '60s had done. In fact, I soon started wondering if I had gone back in time at all - maybe I'd just seen someone who looked like Brian Epstein. I decided to visit a Liverpool music store. What could be better than a new Beatles CD straight from Liverpool?
That was where I got my first clue that something was different. The CDs were alphabetized sa pamamagitan ng band, and the Beatles section was way bigger than I'd remembered. There were a lot madami than just thirteen albums. Even with the Past Masters and Number One Hits and...

Paul - He will wake you up with breakfast in bed. Always making your favourite, you usually wake up to the smell of it but end up flopping back on the pillows, letting sleep engulf you again. Then, he’ll walk in with a tray and your breakfast on, whistling happily as he did. You always loved having Paul tahanan to do things like this for you.

John - He’ll plant kisses all over you until you wake up. He’ll begin on your forehead and work down until he reaches your collarbones. You wake up happily and shiver under his magical touch. Smiling, he kisses you on the lips passionately, and this...

The celebration continued for the susunod few hours into the afternoon with George, Laura, and the other Beatles playing some fun party games, which were a mix of classic favorites and ones that they've thought of themselves during the planning stages. Even Sparkie joined in on the fun. Afterwards, George and Laura decided to have a little quiet time together while his mates washed everything in the kusina and cleaned up the confetti-covered floor. George said, "I'd like to thank you again for giving me this surprise party, Laura, darling. You're truly a sweet, thoughtful girl!" Laura replied,...

The susunod morning, Philip was just about to get up when he heard the phone ring. He went straight to answer it and said, "Hello?" The caller turned out to be one of the kastilyo staff members, and she replied, "Sir, I hate to break this to you, but it seems that the bituin of the pasko puno has been snatched sa pamamagitan ng some thieves!" Another added, "We looked everywhere here in the storage room but to no avail." Philip exclaimed, "WHAT?! Those pathetic crooks!! We cannot set up the puno without it. I better get to the bottom of this right away!" And in a flash, he changed his clothes. Since Elizabeth...

The susunod morning, George and his daughter woke up feeling rested and ready for their road trip. As they ate breakfast, Laura asked, "Where shall we go this time, daddy George?" He replied, "Ah, good question, me darling! I think we should go someplace which we haven't been to yet. What do ya say?" Laura remarked, "Oh, I'd pag-ibig that! It'll make our adventure much madami exciting." George said, "It sure will! Let's head back to Windsor kastilyo before officially starting the journey. Perhaps Prince Philip can suggest some interesting places for us to visit." Laura replied, "All right, daddy George. I'm sure about that, too." He responded with a wink. Once they finished their food, Laura got her rabbit and Corgi plushies, combed her hair, and wore her birete and gitara necklace. George, on the other hand, decided to bring along his ukulele again. They then boarded his car, revved up the engines, and drove off to the castle.

John told his mates everything.
It wasn't something he would ever have told anyone else, for fear that they would laugh at him. He wasn't even sure his mates wouldn't. But Paul, George, and Ringo saw how upset John was, and they knew that whatever he told them now was to be taken seriously. They weren't sure if they should believe he'd gone to the future, but then - they knew John wasn't joking. He, at least, believed he'd been to the future, and - why not? He had gone missing for six hours without a trace. He had to be somewhere. Why not the future?
Besides, no Beatle could ever have imagined...

It was all his fault. All his fault. At least, that was what John kept telling himself.
No one else seemed to blame him. Linda, though she had been very tearful when she was called in to New York with the news that her husband had died, had been perfectly friendly to John. George and Ringo, who were standing susunod to John, the three of them gripping hands as though trying to fuse together the remaining pieces of the Beatles, didn't act at all like they blamed him. The many Beatles fans who had shown up for Paul's funeral, so many of whom used to harbour dreams that he would someday marry them,...
