What's a good anime for 13 taon old girls on Netflix?

I only have Netflix to watch anime on, but if you know of any other place to watch it on for free (other that Youtube), please comment a link.

Some anime's that I've seen and loved are:
Chobits
Angel Beats

I don't mind gore so much, but alot of it gets annoying, and I prefer romance anime. And I'd prefer it to not have alot of sexuality, I usually need to get an OK from my parents to watch something (annoying, right?). Chobits was sort of an exception.

A lot of it is targeted towards younger audiences, so I'm sure you'll find something you're looking for. I'd say to watch Eden of The East (Higashi no Eden). It's a good little romantic ipakita and it should be on Netflix, although I didn't watch it on Netflix originally. I just recently finished two fairly good ones;
Black Butler
Soul Eater

They are both on netflix and are both action. Although, if I may warn you, Black butler, I don't recommend if you have anything against blood pacts with a demon or if you don't like dark things. Soul eater is pretty good, and held my attention throughout the entire show, start to finish.
