Good Animes for 13 taon old girl?

Um, PG is preferable only because my mom is strict with anime, she knows some are rated R and very sexual, so yeah, kid friendly?

Um, kind of happy.. I just finished Fruits Basket, so something similar?

English Dubbed please!

Have you tried Azumanga Daioh (pictured)? It's funny, PG and one of my favourite animes. Ah...just seen the bit that say's 'kind of happy'...Death Note isn't happy or like Fruits Basket. I know several Fruits Basket fans like Ouran High School Host Club though, never watched myself, and K-On! is also supposed to be good.

@laughinghyena its okay if its dark, just not too violent, I mostly just look for a good plot line, so :)

^the dub DOES suck. one of my friends, who is a huge anime fan, hates dub voices, but only watched dubs because he's too lazy to read.. but anyways when he watched clannad, he sinabi he was laughing through all the emotional bits because the characters soudned so retarded. then i convinced himi to watch it subbed and he sinabi he was crying like crazy...XD
