Eve was created using something called "nano-machines", and has the power to transform any part of her into anything at will, and Leon can manipulate the air. In the climax of the battle, Leon creates a gigantic tornado, and she mainly avoids it sa pamamagitan ng transforming herself into thin bolts of lightning and attack him at the source. He ends up trying to end it sa pamamagitan ng making the tornado explode, once he knows he can't beat her transformations, and Eve avoids the majority of the explosion. Leon, on the other hand, almost dies afterwards.
