I really don't know any pasko animes but what i can suggest is look for Pokemon pasko special LOL and IDK if this is a good one never seen it but heard about it an pasko anime movie called Tokyo Godfather i think

Tokyo Godfathers takes place during pasko and has a very deep message. It's not a "pretty" anime but it is good and it is done sa pamamagitan ng the same people who did Wolf's Rain. I enjoyed the movie, it's worth your time.
