Yes ^.^ it's from that age like marmelada Boy and Kodocha *.* .... I watched it when I was little and I liked it very much 'cause I have got a twin sister and so we played to do these twin sisters ^.^

King Kai from Dragon Ball Z. He can use his telepathy and channel it so he can let others talk through him. So Goku (and others later) where able to communicate through his telepathy with mga kaibigan on Earth. If I'm remembering right, he also taught it to Goku so he could use it on his own.
