Is this movie appropriate for an eight-year-old, do you think?

I'm going to be babysitting a lot this week, and the girl I watch is eight and likes horses and western movies. Do you think Cannibal would be okay to ipakita her (I can skip over some parts, lol).

I'd check with her parents first, of course.
