I got all of Courtney's favorites for movie night,and some of mine.I was hoping to get her to sleep,I wanted her to get sleep at the only time she didn't have cramps.I would have to make sure the movie wasn't too jumpy and ecstatic.I got her candy,but not too much,since she was complaining of needing to eat healthier.She had been carrying the baby for a month,and she was doing a good job of taking care of herself,and of handling the many challenges.I was SO proud of her.So proud.Still,from araw to day,I couldn't believe I was having a child with Courtney.I really couldn't believe it,it was that wonderful.We were also going to be able to get the ultrasound sooner,which was exciting.I was going to full out pamper Courtney,because she deserved it,with all of her college tests,and the stress of pregnancy.I felt pretty guilty,because I wasn't going through any struggle,except for work and college,and she was always so moody and tired.I decided that I should quickly talk to Geoff,he always made me feel better.I drove over to his house,very hastily.He saw me and opened the door to walk out."Dude!What's up man?"He called out as he walked outside."Not much.I needed to talk to you because I was feeling kinda guilty about Courtney feeling all of the pregnancy stress and that crap,and I'm just chilling no what I mean?I was hoping you could cheer me up.""Dude,you aren't just sitting around!You're always with her man!You've been taking care of her even madami than usual!And you took care of her a lot before she was pregnant too!You're doing your job,and she's doing groceries."What is wrong with you?"She sinabi angrily running into the bedroom.Courtney hadn't locked the door.I ran into the room,she was crying and scowling on the bed."WHY DON'T YOU TRUST ME TOLD ME THAT THE CHILD WASN'T MINE,YOU HAD DOUBTS AND DIDN'T COME TO ME,YOU BLAME EVERYTHING ON ME LIKE IT'S MY FAULT,YOU JUST TRIED TO LEAVE ME,YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU DIDN'T pag-ibig ME AND I MADE IT SEEM OKAY BECAUSE I KNEW IT WASN'T TRUE,BUT IT STILL HURT!YOU'RE ALWAYS HURTING ME!WHY?I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME,BUT IS THAT A STUPID THING TO THINK COURTNEY?"I openly asked as she cried harder.She the sky!"She answered quietly.I sat susunod to her."Did you get pregnant on purpose?"I asked her quietly."No."She whispered."Okay.I want you to know,that these are just words.I pag-ibig you is just a sentence.I take care of you,and pamper you because I do pag-ibig you.You need to ipakita me.Or else I will not hesitate to leave you.Do you understand?"I sinabi angrily,holding her face in my hand.She silently cried now,nodding her head.I started to walk away,but she asked:"It was Geoff wasn't it?""Not as much as you would think."I sinabi coldly."G-go.I'm scared of you."Was what she sinabi in reply."I WOULD NEVER HURT YOU!"I yelled at her walking back over to her grabbing her shoulders.I put my face close to hers."LISTEN TO ME!I.WILL.NEVER.HURT.YOU.DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?"Then Courtney smiled an evil smirk and laughed."Look at what you're doing right now."She said.I looked down to see my hands violently holding Courtney.She laughed a little,and groaned from pain.I let her go gasping in shock.She looked up and and smiled very happily for an odd reason."It's okay.I'm okay.You didn't really hurt me,I was just joking around."I could tell she was lying.I started to break down.I fell onto Courtney's lap."COURTNEY WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?WHAT'S MY PROBLEM?WHY AM I NOT GOOD TO YOU?"I started to cry I was so incredibly upset.Courtney slowly stroked my hair."It's only me.You freak out sometimes,but I freak out all the time.You always take care of me,I do nothing.It is the truth,and you were right.I promise to start trying harder."She started to sob too."I'm sorry Princess."I sinabi putting my face to hers again."I'm sorry too Duncan.We both have issues to clear up.We'll both try harder.That's what marriage is all about."I nodded and we stared at each other,tears falling from our eyes.Courtney kissed my right cheek,and then wiped my face dry with her sleeves.I reached over and kissed her lips."Salty,but nice."I said.I knew Courtney loved "I pag-ibig Lucy,"and I used one of her paborito lines."I pag-ibig Lucy."She sinabi smiling."I knew you cared."She added shedding madami tears.I wiped her tears with my sleeves.I pulled her face in and kissed her.And again.And again.Before I knew it,morning had come,and we were lying silently,close to each other.She looked at me and kissed my lips very softly.Courtney pressed up against me,the blanket around her.I moved even closer to her,holding her hand."I pag-ibig you."We both sinabi at the same time.She giggled.And I smiled,putting my hand on her stomach."Baby...."I whispered quietly.Courtney put her hand on mine."If we're going to have a child,or children someday,we're really going to have to work on this relationship."She sighed."Ah,we will.You'll see"I kissed her cheek.And fell back to sleep in her arms.
