Courtney`s POV:The tears started to fall heavily from my eyes.I couldn`t believe my eyes.And I actually thought I liked Duncan madami than a friend.....my mistake.

Duncan`s POV:Gwen and I made out for about an hour,than I finally said,"IO`ve always wanted to halik you."Dito."Gwen sinabi and smiled."Hey,Duncan!"Geoff yelled."Yeah?"I asked similing."Who`s that?"Geoff asked.The smile quickly got wiped off my face.I looked over to where Geoff was and I said,"Courtney?" I could see that she was crying,but why?

Courtney`s POV:I wiped away the tears and took off the piece of Duncan`s sando and started to run towards the house.

Duncan`s POV:She started to run away to the house.I got up and ran up to her and asked,"What`s wrong? She turned arounda and said,"What`s wrong?I`ll tell you what`s wrong,I liked you okay.Since the time I saw you,I liked you.And,I can see that you don`t feel the same way sa pamamagitan ng the looks of her.So spend your last week here and get out.""Courtney wait!"I said."LEAVE ME ALONE!"she sinabi pushing me away.She started to take off for the house again and slammed the door be hind her.

Courtney`s POV:I slammed the door to my bedroom and locked it.I wanted to be alone.I wanted to be at peace.I felt like I wanted to die and no one would care.I sat down at the window sill and cried for the rest of the day.When it came time for dinner, my dad said,"Courtney time for dinner!"I wouldn`t come to the mesa so my dad just put the pagkain outside the door.I wouldn`t even open the door and eat secretly.I wouldn`t eat at all."Wow,she`s hurting bad about something."my dad. said."Yeah."Duncan said.My door wasn`t soundproof so when people talk or fight,I would hear everything.I remember when my mom and dad would fight.It scared me.Like no one was there to protect me....like I was on my own.It rained every araw and night I was in my room.I thought it was my mom crying from the Heavens looking down upon me.The susunod day,I was watching Duncan and the girl work together.The rest of the araw came and I had this crazy thought.I thought if I went out at night while everyone was asleep,I could sneek out and never come back.That`s what I was gonna do.Later on in the night,about 10:00,I unlocked my door and went into the kitchen.I was SO hungry! I hadn`t eaten in days.I got some tinapay and ate it on the way down to the barn.
I went into the stable where Kira was.I put a saddle on her and took her out into the woods.It was pitch black darkness.I couldn`t see anything so I went slow.Then I thought of Duncan behind me on his horse following me."Ya!"I sinabi with the thought I was being followed.I could feel the pass of the trees sa pamamagitan ng the wind.I turned around to see if anyone or anything was behind me.Nothing.So Kira went faster.I didn`t know where I was going.I didn`t care as long as it was away from Duncan.After an oras of riding Kira through the dark woods,I heard a hiss.I knew it was a snake.Kira jumped in horror and I slid off the saddle.I hit the ground with a thud.Kira was freaking out.I got up and tryed to calm her down but the snake was all it took for her to knock me down to the ground.I felt an extremely sharp pain everywhere.I tryed to get up but Kira still wouldn`t calm down.I kept hearing the snake hiss.I didn`t know what to do.Then I felt and even sharper pain in my back and head.I tryed to get up again,but it was no use.I was hurt badly.I never knew what it would be like to die.At least I could get to see my mom.I started to cry.I was lying on my stomach.Then everything went black.Not black from the night,but,I was out.I didn`t feel like trying to get up.It was a wate of time.I felt either a stream of blood come down from my head,or a tear fall from my eye.
