I would say high heels. If you do high heels it's just one araw you have to wear them. You can wear sneakers whenever you want after that. If you wear high heels, it looks right with a dress but if you have sneakers on while wearing a dress, I think that will look stupid. (No offence) I like sneakers with outfits like a sando and pants/shorts/capris. High heels would go best at a special occasion like a wedding, PROM, funeral, and a dinner/date.
