Let's not rewrite history here. If I recall correctly, Blair was the one who didn't want to be with him because she wanted to be a powerful woman (4x09). So they've been in separate storylines for awhile. Chuck isn't there for her because he really doesn't know what's going on with her. They decided to be apart right now, to focus on themselves. And she's not exactly there for him either, as his world is falling apart. She's too busy betraying her BFF.
And honestly? The reason CB are completely separated right now is to facilitate your couple. Because if CB were interacting while DB was going, it would become quite clear that DB is nothing. Which they will be soon enough. Blouis is coming.

He is so getting on my nerves now because of this Dair thing, I used to like him but I find him annoying now because of this shit.

I agree with livexthexlife92 about Blair. Nways Vanessa is just annoying and even though the writer try to include her, she keeps just being her useless self and not adding to the show or plot in any way.

Kind of off topic, I hate that when there are multiple couples in a show that include one same character, this huge rivalry and war begins. IDK, I don't see it that way, not everything is black or white in life, I think we should all relax and just watch the show and let the show and the storylines develop alone, there's too much unnecesary rivalry between "ships". It doesn't need to be all black or white.

She didn't want to date him, can you blame her for that? He was the one who said he didn't want to be her friend, that he couldn't be there for her. He was practically falling over himself these last episodes to get with Raina, but as soon as that didn't work/ he needs someone he runs back to Blair.

Please, Chuck's world is always falling apart, this is the Chuck-show, remember? And why is Blair betraying Serena, just because she and Dan are friends? Chuck and Serena are friends, is S betraying B, too?

How is it betraying Serena? Serena picked Ben over him. Dan/Blair is no different then Nate/Serena. As for Chuck and Blair being completely separated right now is to facilitate Dair, they would likely still be apart if there was no Dan and Blair and they where apart long before Dan and Blair started. If any character is the reason why the writers completely seperated Chair, Raina would most likely be the reason why because Chuck's feelings for her are being portrayed as love.

That is only an opinion, anything could happen. They could have done a huge triangle with Dair/Chair and Dair could have become just as popular. There's a possibility that could happen eventually with Dair and change the entire direction of the Chair storyline (happened with Dawson Creek when Joey and Pacey got a huge fan response). Dan and Blair might not be being nothing soon enough. Gossip Girl producer Josh Safran made comments in an interview about Dan and Blair's kiss that suggest that the writers might explore the pairing.
