Her geekiness doesn't bother me. It makes the story realistic: not everyone is the "popular" kid who fits in with everyone. sa pamamagitan ng making Hermione a "geek" it added to the realness of the cliques in school. It also gave us someone to relate to - the teasing, the constant studying, the not fitting it. I also think it makes her a good role model. Hermione studied constantly and because of that she was able to help Ron and Harry and get the grades she wanted. Hard work pays off.

Hermione is Hermione with all the geekish air around her. The fuzzy hair, the big teeth, the know-it-all personality, the heavy books, the stupidity to Quidditch and how she's left out for all of it makes her who she is. Can you imagine a Hermione who plays sports, gets good grades, has a perfect smile and silky hair and is in the center of attention? We don't call that being talented, we call that a cheerleader. And who likes cheerleaders?

Nah, Hermione is great the way she is. Nothing in the books really and truly implied that she was a 'Geek', in a lot of people's eyes she's pretty cool. Just cause you're smart doesn't mean you're a geek. I don't wish she was any different because she is a great friend to Harry and Ron. Brave, smart, kind, you name it!

I'm pretty sure Hermione gets plenty of credit as being a brilliant witch - Harry and Ron never take her for granted. I pag-ibig her character!

There is nothing wrong with being a nerd. In fact, I am very proud of my nerdiness. I really like the fact that she has some nerdy tendencies, it makes her madami real and madami relatable. What people perceive as cool is usually some wannabe Italians fist pumping and wearing ridiculous hair dos. In my opinion, Hermione is super cool.

I always believed being called a geek was a compliment. I never really saw Hermione as "the geek" though. Her character is different than a stereotypical female character. She doesn't constantly usa over boys, she isn't overly concerned with her appearance and she enjoys pagbaba and obtaining knowledge. Hermione is a breath of fresh air from the usual brain dead female character that only concentrates on the shallow parts of herself.

it doesn't bother me at all.she is frequently stated to be the "brightest witch of her age".the level of expertise she has shown to have in magic doesn't come automatically.it needs a lot of hard work considering the fact that she is a muggle born.

she may be stereotyped as a nerd if looked from a distance and can not fit in very well which is demonstrated in the first book.but when you look close there is so much madami to her than just books and spells and her messy appearance.she is kind,helpful,fiercely loyal to her mga kaibigan and a very bravo girl.

If she was cool than she would technically be a Mary-Sue and then I wouldnt like her that much. No one loves a character madami than one with flaws because not only can we relate, but it makes the person madami interesting! I think that her nerd factor is very endearing, and cute. Both Harry and Ron had flaws so just because she's the only girl and talented, doesnt mean she has to be perfect. The reason I loved Harry so much was because he wasnt perfect and that applies to Hermione, too.

I think that her being smart is better then her being dumb. Beacause when Harry needs her she always helps if she was dumb then theyed probably be dead. Ron's I guess 'cool' Harry's popular and Hermione is smart! There's nothing wrong with having a smart girl in the group.
