NULLA FELIS! it means 'No depression' in Latin. It can be used for dying wizards in hospitals who they there life is over and can give them new meaning and a purposeful feeling of happiness. Its ligtas to use on muggles in psychiatric hospitals who have severe depression cause it doesn't just hurt the person who has it it hurts everyone around them. :(

I would like a Dark Arts spell. A spell which would enable the caster to put their victim on an azure blue apoy that is both ice cold and burning hot at the same time, resulting in burns as well as frostbites. A perfect spell for torture and slow, painful death.
