It was late in the afternoon when Cuddy decided to help House settled back in his room. Dr. Pitt allowed her to do so since he knows House wouldn’t do anything to scare her away. House turned to looked at Cuddy who stopped and stood just a few steps from the sliding door. He placed his cane on the bottom headboard of his kama before removing his dyaket and lying it down on the mattress behind him.
Cuddy: <sighed> You’re really giving up on this?
House: Do you?
Cuddy: If I say no would that give you the strength of pushing some more?
House looked away from Cuddy gazed and he took a deep breathe.
House: If you’re my doctor, what would you order me to do?
Cuddy: You’re betting your life in my hands?
House: <whispered so Cuddy won’t hear> Always has…

House: <Looked at Cuddy as he slowly sat down on the edge of his bed> Do what you think is right for me…
She stopped since she doesn’t want him to change his mind about his decision. She knew what he wanted and that will she will do, so she went out his room, sliding the door slowly behind her. In House’s world, Amber appeared to be leaning on the post in front of him.
Amber: Lose your nerve again?
House looked at her then he looked down on the tiled flooring.
Amber: House…
House met her sincere stare.
Amber: One araw you have to tell Cuddy about the story you made up, why you don’t want her here and who she is in your life.
House sighed because he knows, deep down, he agrees with what Amber had told him. But he’s scared.
Cuddy sat down on the chair susunod to Wilson as soon as she entered Dr. Pitt’s office. House’s doctor was seated on his chair as both of them shared an afternoon tea.
Dr. Pitt: What’d he say?
Cuddy: He wanted… a medically… induce coma…
Wilson’s eyes grew wider in disbelief.
Wilson: What?! He must be --- <stammering>
Dr. Pitt looked at Wilson that made him stop blurting out his double doubts. He looked back at Cuddy again after sipping from his cup.

Cuddy looked at Wilson before answering.

House was lying on his hospital kama that evening. He was feeling tired and sleepy but he’s fighting it. Cuddy was standing beside him, Wilson was there leaning on the bottom headboard and Pitt was there at his left with the syringe filled will the medicine that will drift him to his requested coma. Amber was there but only in House’s mind and she was leaning against the pader in front of him. Cuddy looked at his doctor and Pitt nodded back before he pushed the plunger down to House’s IV tube.
Dr. Pitt: He’ll be out in a minute…
Cuddy: Thank you…
Pitt smiled back and moved to sat down away from the two. House looked at Cuddy and she was Nawawala in his deep blue eyes. She grabbed House’s right hand and tried to hide her loneliness sa pamamagitan ng smiling back at him. Wilson was surprised to see House holding back at Cuddy’s and it was tight.
Cuddy: You’ll be fine…
Amber: You’ll be fine he you’ll tell her now…
House swallowed and tried to speak up. His voice was shallow and heavy but with deep sincerity. The tone you won’t hear him say.

House slowly closed his eyes before Pitt declared he’s officially out for a while. In his world, Amber was the first one who disappeared, then Pitt, Wilson and his love. Cuddy was holding her tears as much as she could as she turned to face Wilson and let go of grasp on House’s hair and hand.
Wilson: <To Cuddy> He trusted you…
Pitt: No, that’s madami than trust…
Pitt smiled a knowing smile and Cuddy say no words.

When does pag-ibig become something we need, rather than something we want? pag-ibig was seen as something special a long time ago. Now pag-ibig is what we are expected to have with us everyday of our lives. pag-ibig is common currency when you are a teenager, but turns to worthless pennies the older you get. Do we not care about the substance of what pag-ibig was and not what it has been made into today sa pamamagitan ng commercialisation from American pelikula and telebisyon commercials and soap operas? Only when we experience pag-ibig for real, can we comment and judge others who are in Love. pag-ibig means something different to everyone. Not two people’s feeling of pag-ibig is the same. Why do we generalize, rationalize and compartmentalize Love? pag-ibig is and will continue to be an enigma. Only a handful of people will ever unlock it and witness its true beauty and essence. The essence we all crave.

I was pagbaba up on opiate withdrawal and apparently you can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the susunod morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the puwang of a horrible 24 oras detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every oras or so like before.
Short and simple :)
