That same night, House heavily opened Pitt’s office door. He burst in his loud but in a calm voice upon entering that made his doctor look blankly at him.
House: You idiot, you told her!
Pitt: She told you I told her?
House rolled his eyes.
House: Would I be here if not?
House took the upuan across his doctor as Pitt looked at him after placing a paper in front of him.

House took the paper while Pitt leaned on his chair.
Pitt: Rehab and therapy schedules. I’ve changed a few things. I figured that it would be better if you knew.
House read on and looked at his doctor after.
Pitt: You’ll be assigned in the same room but you’re only allowed to go back there during weekends.
House sighed and stood before walking out of the room leaving his doctor having a sigh himself.

Cuddy carried Rachel, letting the baby’s head stayed on her chest while caressing its back for comfort. House looked at them as Cuddy desperately calm the baby down who continues to cry. He rolled his eyes before dropping the sando he was holding.

Cuddy looked at him as he slowly approached them. Their eyes met the moment he stood there beside her offering his arm to receive the baby.
House: Just give her to me…
Cuddy: Are you ---
House: Yah…
Cuddy carefully gave the crying baby to him which he slowly received.
House: Shh, come to da ---
House stopped when he realized what he was about to say. Cuddy looked up to him and he made a quick glance at her before trying not to meet her gaze.
Cuddy: I’ll get the bag…
She began fixing the bag that was a mess that House was trying to pack awhile ago. She looked at him when she heard Rachel’s cry slowing down. She smiled with the view in front of her, House carrying her daughter as if treating her as his own.
Cuddy: I guess we won’t be seeing each other susunod week…
House looked at her again while caressing Rachel on her back.
House: I will still be here sa pamamagitan ng weekend…
Cuddy: I know but that’s not it. ---- Half of the board already approved the project I propose for Wilson’s department…
As it painful as it gets, House can’t scream he’s hurting the moment those words came out from Cuddy. All he could do is to hide is emotion through a heavy sigh.
He was about to leave his room when Wilson entered that night. Both of them looked at each other as Wilson slowly walked towards him but he stayed in midway.
House: Never thought I’ll see you again…

House looked at him and the awkward silence began to own them. The almost shattered diagnostician sighed and tried not to meet his friend’s gaze.

Wilson tilted his head, a gesture he usually does when asking.
Wilson: Okay?
House once again looked at him.
House: You wanted more? ‘Cause I don’t know if you’ll like what I’m about to say. You come here to get my approval for that, I say yes and you tanong it?
Wilson turned his back and House called his name the moment he touched the door that made him look back again.
House: So… you really just came in to ask for my… approval?
Wilson: <Nodded first> Yes…
House nodded back and he heavily threw the dyaket on the kama he was holding the moment Wilson walked on the empty Mayfield hallway.
