She went to sleep feeling very happy, she couldn’t believe what happened, she couldn’t stop smiling. She wasn’t sure what will happened now, but she know that now everything will be different. And she is not afraid anymore, she is waiting for coming adventure, relationship with House is the biggest adventure in her life . Too long time she lived waiting for something, something change.
It was not so late , so she made a cup of tsaa and sit sa pamamagitan ng the window, she was watching into dark night, in night New Jersey look so beautiful, and this night it look even better with some magic. It’s not town, it’s her, she is different now, like madami grown up. It’s weird, cause it’s from House, he is not very grown up, he always pagganap childish, making jokes, but she liked it.
She liked everything in him, his jokes, his brilliant minds, his blue eyes, his high, his sport style, his flirts, his voice, his talent. He is amazing men, and now they are together. She still couldn’t believe in it, she always hopped it to happened ,until Michigan, but taon after taon his pagganap or not pagganap made her believing that it would never happened. Why it changed, she scared to think about it , cause she scared to find cruel answer, or maybe not found answer at all, House is still very mysterious. She thought she knows him, just she, nobody else , House thought it too. But now she is afraid that she is not. Maybe it changed cause she stopped hopping, everything happening if it have to happened, every good thing coming when you are not expecting .
Or maybe it changed because her cancer…. It sounds awful , House was afraid to miss his chance with her, miss to halik her ever, to try have relationship. Or if he is happy that they could just to try, that time is not in their side. She was afraid of his decision, her minds changing in minutes, in her head minds was boiling, one minuto she think one , other minuto she think different. Maybe it means that she is not ready, not ready to fail , not ready to give up, not ready to get know something cruel…
She shacked her head…enough for such ridiculous minds…let it go free. What happens what….
She get breath of night fresh air and went to sleep. She slept well, with nice minds, she is ready for coming future, whatever it will be.
susunod araw at work Cuddy was very cable of working, she was very concentrate to her work , and everything went very easily. She had a lot of work she doesn’t have time to check what house is doing, she was hoping that he is working, maybe even doing his clinic hours .
In lunch time she met Wilson. “- Hey, doctor Wilson..”, she was smiling, and it made Wilson curious, “- Hello, doctor Cuddy, it’s very good araw isn’t ?”, they sit together sa pamamagitan ng mesa in corner, “- Yes it’s really not bad day.. and I’m feeling very good today…cancer not very bothering me these days.”, she get smiled widely, these days she not really noticed her cancer, she is feeling well in mornings. “- That’s amazing Lisa, congratulation, but we should do some test, I’m afraid that it could be sunshine before a storm.”, he is always caring of her, he is very good doctor, but she is a special patient too.”-Off course, I’m afraid of this too, but it really changed, pills doesn’t make me sick like before. What you think , maybe I doesn’t need do chemotherapy anymore….”, her face looked sad, she doesn’t want do chemotherapy , she want to recover.
“- I doesn’t want to give you empty hope…I know that you don’t want to lose your beautiful hair.”, he was looking at her with caring, he wanted to comfort her, but it’s not easy. She like her hair very much, and she knew that House like it too. They was having their lunch, when suddenly Cuddy remembered House. “- Hey, why are you eating now, aren’t you always eating with House…? Tell me that he is in work… I knew I have to check it…”, she was angry on herself that she was trusted in him. “- Don’t worry he is there…he is working, that case seems madami difficult then he thought. When he is working he doesn’t feel hungry.”, she felt relieved and get smiled. “- And he is in good mood….like you today…is something happened..?”, he looked at her with curious, and it made her nervous, but she stayed calm, “-Actually I’m often being in good mood, and today I’m feeling better so why I shouldn’t be in good mood…? About House…is really weird..but I think you should ask him not me, I haven’t seen him today”. She thought that she didn’t sinabi anything wrong or weird so she felt very proud of herself. Wilson nodded and they finished their lunch ,then they came back to their work, both thinking about House good mood and her cancer.
When Cuddy came back into her office she doesn’t want to work until see House, but she thought that she can’t, she felt like it would be dangerous. But they are professionals, they could dating and work together in same time, and it was just a one date. So she get deep breath and went to paghahanap him.
She take walk in hospital wards, tests rooms, House’s office and finally she found him in scan room. “-House,… I was looking for you.. “, she came closer trying to be very serious. He come closer that they could be madami private from team. “- Doctor Cuddy, how I could be useful for you ..?” he was really in good mood. “- I saw Wilson alone in cafeteria…I was scared that you are not at work…”, her face was very serious, but he was smiling. “- Well….I’m here as you can see… something else..?” he take a flirt look at her. “-how is your case…I haven’t heard anything….so..is this easy and you are wasting time…or this is too tough…?”, she start nervous of his look. “- It’s tough but I can do it..”, he was looking at her like waiting something, or trying to make her nervous. “- So….you can do your clinic hours..?”, she tried to stay still, but it wasn’t easy. “- Clinic..? But I have case….oh…. ok I will do my clinic hours…”, she get smiled and left, she was afraid to stay with him for some madami time, so she was happy found time to quickly run out.
When she left House was smiling for himself. That made his team curious, “- Are you really will do your clinic hours..?”,they know that House hate clinic, he always sleeping there or telling his team to do his clinic hours. “- People sick right? And it’s my job, people have to be responsible… and I’m getting boring there..”, he get smiled and left.
Ten minutos later House come in Cuddy office. “- Hey….”, he smiled at her and get sit on sopa , “- So what we will do…?”, he looked at her and maghasik her misunderstood face, “- House, what are you doing here, how your case and clinic duty?”, she get nervous that he came and pagganap so free. “- I thought you was looking for me cause you missed me. .. so there I am.” He get smiled at her, hoping to make her face softer, “- No I’m not… came back to work…”, he stand up and came closer, “- So you want to say that I really have to do my clinic hours..? Are you punching me for something…?”, he get angry, “- Punching…? No…you just have to do your clinic hours, like a taon ago, buwan ago, today, in future…”, she get smiled at him ipinapakita that she is boss, and he is employee . “- So you are playing that boss and employee game..?”, “- It’s not a game, it’s real life, I am your boss and you are my employee…”, she doesn’t want to speak angrily but he have to understand rules. “- So I can’t call you today, and I have to sold my tickets to a play..?”, she get smiled widely, “- House…. I just want you understand that work is work and personal life is personal life, in work we are working and in free time…. well…. we are doing whatever we want…”, she was smiling at him widely hoping he won’t angry of that. “- Ok, so doctor Cuddy I’m going to do my clinic hours….and please tell to Lisa that I will pick her at 7pm.”, he smiled at her and left.
When he left she start smiling widely and she just couldn’t stop, she felt so happy. Now they are dating, and it’s their little secret, in work they are professionals and workmates but after work they are dating and have relationship. She start thinking that maybe now they start pagganap different in work, no fights, but maybe and no flirts, she doesn’t want their flirts stop. Everyone could noticed that something change, she wanted to keep their relationship in secret, and she liked even their fights , this is part of their relationship.
She finished her araw work very well, she felt very cable of working again so she even didn’t noticed when working end come. Coming tahanan she was very nervous cause in few hours she will go into a petsa with House. He told he have tickets to a play, so she get dressed very elegant, she was worried into what play they are going, she doesn’t wanted him boring or suffering. But if he is doing it for her ,when it’s very gentlemen and useless, she doesn’t need him suffer, she just want to go into a date, and it’s doesn’t matter what they will do, it could be and just a romantic hapunan like last night.
Exactly at 7pm, she heard a door bell. She opened the door, “- Hey, come in, I’m ready”, she saw his shocked face, “- Wow… you … you look adorable…”, she was wearing elegant black dress and wear a pearl necklace, madami elegant than ever, he never saw her so beautiful. “- Thank you…”, she gel blushed. She took her hand- bag and they left. He took Wilson car again, “- You can’t always took Wilson car..”, she get surprised, “- Why not.. he won’t noticed anyway…, he had very hard araw so he will go to sleep tight, and he won’t be needed his car. “ he get smiled at her and opened car door for her.
They went to opera and ballet theatre. When they come inside Cuddy saw brochure of today plays , “-Ballet..? Are you sure..?”, she get surprised, she doesn’t thought he likes ballet, “- Don’t worry, I like ballet..”, they get smiled at each other. Before a play they went to a theatre cafeteria and took a glass of champagne. “- It’s very weird seeing you wearing so elegant and going to ballet, drinking champagne.” Actually she was happy, now she know that they could go outside together and House could act gentlemen. “- Don’t get use to it, we won’t go to a plays very often. Besides I don’t want you wearing like this anymore.”, she get surprised, “- You doesn’t like it..?”, she thought he was shocked seeing her, “- No, off course I do.., but I noticed that is not only me.”, she get blushed, she like him jealous.
They took a sit in their places, it was in balcony, private and comfortable. Ballet was very beautiful and interesting , they both enjoyed, even madami with good company. Ballet was very long, so it ended late, and it was very dark outside. “- I loved, play was very beautiful…”, “-Yes, it is… Oh, it’s so dark outside…you should stay close to me, I will protect you.. “, he get smiled and put his arm on her waist, she didn’t mind. “-It’s beautiful, let’s go for a walk..”, she smiled at him, but suddenly she remembered his leg, “- Oh, your leg, I’m so sorry…”, she felt so insensitive . “- It’s nothing…actually I’m ok, if you want we could take a walk little.”, he wanted make her happy, and he doesn’t wanted that leg would destroyed this night.
They went to a little park not far away. “- It’s cute park..”, her face become sad, “- Yes it is, I was there with Rachel…”, he felt bad of making her sad, “- I’m sorry, I guess you miss her very much..”, she looked at him, he never ask her about Rachel, “- Yes I do… Thank you for this night, I really enjoyed..”, they smiled at each other, “- My pleasure..”, he winked at her, and she get laugh.
They took a walk for a little bit more, and when they had to came back to car. He drive her back with car, when they reached her tahanan he stopped car engine, and they stayed sit in silence. They doesn’t want to say goodnight. In few minutes, “- Well..”, “-Yeah…”,they looked at each other, they really nervous “- Thank you for this night, I had fun..”, “-Me too..really..”, they get smiled at each other. “- Have I deserved a halik for goodnight..?”, she get smiled and kissed him softly. halik was very softly, not passionate but gentle, very tasty. “-Good night Greg”, she get smiled and went out. He was watching her going home, and smiled for himself with full of happy and proud.
