"Here's you're Binky, Rachel." Cuddy sinabi as she placed the little stuffed animal against her daughter.

"Free food. Free booze. Do I really need to explain this?"

Cuddy dug into the bag to find a complete set of Baby Einstein dvd's. Her eyes went wide with surprise.
"You got my baby a gift? A real gift?"
"Just doing my part to create the susunod great mind of a generation, or atleast a kid that reads before her peers whichever comes first."
Cuddy smiled brightly as she looked over the dvd's.
"This is a pretty expensive series. You got her the whole set. You didn't have to do this."
"Yeah, I did."
Cuddy feeling a bit flustered decided to change the subject.
"Uh, I left Wilson's present in the car. Would you watch her while I go out to get it?"
"Yeah."
Once Cuddy left the apartment, House moved closer to Rachel. She was sucking on her pacifier. Her eyes were open wide and no longer focused on her Binky. She was gazing only at House. House was gazing back. They were caught in some strange conversation without any words.

"She was a little. But don't worry I've already gotten on her good side with Rachel's present. When I give Cuddy her own present she'll probably be 90% okay."

"I have a present for Wilson and a present for you."
