Hi guys, just drop sa pamamagitan ng to share some HuLi ideas. I know it's kinda hypocritical since I have ibingiay up shipping them but still, I find myself smiling every time I see pics and vids of them making each other laugh and smile, come one who doesn't?! LOLS
So it isn't actually new if my wheels in my mind (if I have one) began turning and urging me to write a fic about them. Here it is:


“Lisa,” a voice called out her name as Lisa stood on their vacation villa in New York. She freed her arms from its crossed position as she turned to face the one she knew just entered the bedroom. “Stop thinking about her, she’ll be fine,” the person added.
“I know,” she admitted the moment her head landed softly on the man’s chest while his arms snaked around her tiny frame, “it’s just that it’s her first time to…”
“Shh,” his gentle halik on tuktok of her hair cut her off as the man added some madami comfort, “you have trusted her to someone you know is worth trusting. I’m sure they’ll call as soon as they get there.”

An oras passed sa pamamagitan ng and finally Lisa was lying beside her man. As he was snoring his night away, she was there, still with eyes wide, staring blankly at the ceiling but thinking how wrong her decision might be. She felt like crap and that feeling was the one fueling her sleepless night. As she ilipat on her side to face the wall, a vivid image of a once upon night crawled in. She remembered so well how much she longed for such wonderful moment that sa pamamagitan ng the time it happened she needed not to be told twice. She let herself be used and use someone’s and since then, her life changed. How come those bad moves are the ones who offer you good feelings, she thought. She sighed and began to face her man again, but this time, with her arms finally landing on his heaving chest and letting her eyes gently close.

The plane ride from New York to London was expectedly tiring for Hugh especially this time since he brought tahanan a friend of his. His driver pulled the car near them just in time before British paparazzi or legal magazine reporters come rushing to them. Once inside the limo, Hugh and his friend exchanged familiar smiles to each other as his driver looked at them from the rearview mirror.
“Sir…,” the driver began.
“Don’t,” Hugh landed him a glare that made him stop and nod in inconvenient agreement.

“So she’ll be staying here with us?” Jo asked calmly in disbelief. Hugh and his friend had finally arrived in his five storey house in Tinselletown thirty minutos later and now he’s in there, stuck in their bedroom trying to convince his wife to let his unknown guest stay for a few weeks.
“It’s not like for forever, Jo,” he sinabi as he sat down on the edge of their kama and began removing his shoes, “she’ll only be here for three weeks.”
“Same time as you go filming for another movie offered sa pamamagitan ng BBC?”
“Yup.”
“What the hell were you thinking Hugh? You brought tahanan a friend whom you want me and your kids to entertain while you go out there working?” Jo landed on the nearest chair she could possibly sat on before her husband looked up only to see her rubbing her forehead.
“Look,” he began to walk towards her, “you don’t have to worry about entertaining my guest because I’ll be the one who’ll entertain her ---“
“Hell with that,” Jo burst but not in an angry way, just pissed, “Hugh I sinabi ‘okay’ with BBC’s movie project for you because I know it’s your passion but at the end of the araw I want you to spend time with me and our children. Now how could you do that if you have a wagging tail behind you?”
Hugh wet his lips with his tongue as he looked down before saying, “She’ll be working with me.” Obviously Jo didn’t get what he meant because she returned him with some what-the-hell-are-you-talking-about look so he continued, “Ben needed a little girl to play Lucy and Sam Bell’s daughter for Maybe Baby part 2. I recommended her and Ben saw the talent so she was casted in.”
“Is that all it is?” Jo wanted some madami confirmation.
“Yes.” With that his wife returned Hugh’s embrace but now all he wish was to say ‘it’s not all it was.’

The couple finally went downstairs to meet Hugh’s guest who had been talking with their children in the living room sa pamamagitan ng the time their father went to speak with their mom. It was filling his puso to know that his family is getting along with someone he thought they never would.
“Is it true she’ll be staying with us for weeks?” Rebecca asked in joy as all of them turned to face their parents who were approaching them.
“Yes dear,” Jo answered with a smile and her husband nodding in agreement.
“So what else do we need to know about Bessie?” asked Bill, urging to know madami about his father’s guest.
“You’re asking for more?” asked Charles who was playfully curling Bessie’s already curly hair, “she kinda told us about everything we need to know.”
“Really? That’s good,” Hugh sinabi as he watched Jo took a upuan beside Rebecca while he remained standing.
“Yah, like she told us she’s four years old; goes to some exclusive preschool in New York after moving out from California; lives with her mom and four Aso and a cat and sometimes a good friend of her mother come to visit them,” Bill proudly told the family all the litany of things he knew about the little girl standing at their center.
“I see,” Jo finally spoke something, “Hugh told me you’re into pagganap too.”
“Mom, of course she is,” Rebecca giggly said, “her mom’s Lisa Edelstein.”
With that both Hugh and Jo’s hearts skipped a beat. He could feel his wife’s penetrating glare and only because their kids were in front of them was she holding her anger back. He didn’t tell her that Lisa’s the mother of the little girl in front of them. Lisa - the one Jo considered ‘out’ in their family after an issue between her husband and that woman spurt out as soon as House (the TV show) ended its seven seasons four years ago. Jo might had accepted Hugh’s side of the story, that Lisa’s nothing but a colleague, but being a wife and a woman, she couldn’t help but to be cynical about things.
Jo tried to brush the thought out of her head but Charles snapped it back when he said, “I pag-ibig your eyes, Bess. Makes me want to have some like dad’s.” Hugh could feel his puso pounding and he knew his palms were sweating. He also knew that Bessie is someone who’ll also be labeled ‘a friend’ but he just couldn’t lie… he just couldn’t.
“So Bess, tell us madami about you,” Bill excitedly urge the innocent fellow.
When he cleared his throat, Hugh got all pairs of eyes staring back at him. He pulled Bessie closer and let both his palms land on her tiny shoulders.
“You know some stuff about Bessie too, dad?” his eldest asked. Hugh nodded before giving a sigh.
He earned nothing but looks he couldn’t explain after he said, “Guys… Bessie’s a Laurie.”
