Okay, how do you do digital pics? (Besides paint)

Ya can use a digital art and/or litrato manipulation program like Photoshop. Photoshop costs money though (some 600 dollars i think), so try using a free art program like Gimp and OpenCanvas. I use photoshop and a graphic tablet for my drawings though ya might not have a tablet.
If you want a tablet, some only cost some 40-70 dollars.
Most ppl i know first sketch a drawing to get a basic idea, then they scan the pics and bring it up on photoshop, then trace the lineart, then colour.
