Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of fans of this spot, and lots of people contribute larawan and tagahanga fictions and bidyo and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time nakaraan has been rated a few times because I posted it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave comments but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of nakakita for larawan etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly Fanpop users who are not rating what the view.)
