Since it has been such a great araw for, I have decided to write my first artikulo on Fanpop. It's rather important, you know, choosing a topic for your first “piece of art” so to say.
Many of you might get cynical with me, saying that there is already enough walang tiyak na layunin crap on Fanpop and this will just add to the "grand nonsense". The truth is I don't care.
Some people say that there is no true pag-ibig or that it doesn't last for too long. People get used to each other and live with each other just because it is madami comfortable to do so. I think that there is nothing worse than being with a person just because you lived with them for five years and now it's kind of difficult to imagine living without them. Love, in my opinion, is not a pinagmulan of comfort and/or pinagmulan of profit in any kind of way. True pag-ibig is a pinagmulan of living- when a sight or voice of the person you pag-ibig is something you need to see or hear to get through the day. When pag-ibig is in your heart, all the mga kulay seem brighter, and you can hear “the mga kerubin singing”. pag-ibig is that fast puso beat that is ibingiay sa pamamagitan ng a single, in some cases accidental, touch. Do you ever see people walking sa pamamagitan ng smiling into the space, looking like they were hit pretty hard in the head?
Ability to pag-ibig is the greatest gift to mankind. I, personally never believed in true pag-ibig lasting forever until today. Sometimes all the bad things, that happen around us, shadow what is there all along. However, today I have met an old couple who radiated this sunny energy of their happiness from being with each other. They had been with each other for almost fifty years and still they seem like they were a college couple with no boundaries and no care for whatever will come next. It’s rather significant seeing someone who went through so much and still treasures every segundo with each other.
I truly wish each and every one of you finds your soul mate. pag-ibig has its struggles and many times it doesn’t seem reasonable. But if you risk falling in pag-ibig it is so worth it.
