lol personally i think link. he could just cut shining armor's head off and bada bing bada boom he wins. IMO

there is a logical explanation for this:
Link and Shinning Armor would fight so much , that they got hungry, and there just so happens to be 2 muffins right susunod to them, so they ate them.
sense Derpy is a background pony, she was in the background of this fight, and once she saw what they did............................lets just say.....................she went....................................a little haywire........................

I'd say Link for a few reasons:

1.Though Shining Armor commands legions of warriors, Link has had generations of fighting many legions, mainly legions of evil, usually sa pamamagitan ng Ganondorf.

2. Yes, Shining Armor obviously has magic to his advantages, but Link has agility along with strength to overcome his foes.

3. Though Link has other weapons (Megaton Hammer, Bombs, Boomerang, Bow, etc.), he doesn't use them a lot. Besides, he has the Master Sword, which is his only weapon of choice.

4. Link is an expert at finding an opponent's weakness (i.e.: Glowing tail from Ganon in Ocarina of Time.)

If Link can take on legions of evil, other Nintendo characters, and ulap Strife, he can easily beat Shining Armor.

Shining Armor. He got magic, and Link's a human. You can't beat a unicorn!
