What` up with the nicklase that Nick wears is it some thing special?and some times Kevin wears it!And Miley wears it in 7things!Did Nick gave it to Miley?

Nick wears it incase something medicaly goes wrong with him. All anyone has to do is look at the kuwintas and they know how to help him. Kevin just wears a normal one and Miley wore the kuwintas in "7 things" to identify that the song was abut him. If you watch the video all the girls have something that reminds them of a boyfriend or ex. her's is the medical necklace.

Nick wears the kuwintas for his diabetes ( we don't know how to spell it). It's nothin big like if he fell and got hurt they would look at the nicklace and see how to take care of him. Kevin wears just a plain dog tag!!! Nick did give it to Miley but he got a new one!!!!

Nick wears the dog tag neckalace so people would know that he has diabetes and kevin never wears a dog tag but whatever and Nick DID give 1 to miley when they were going out but she doesnt wear it much now...i hope this answered your question
