When I see Hook in the show, he seems to have two different personas – Killian Jones and Captain Hook - which blend together to create a character which can actually be very difficult to get straight in my head. Killian Jones is arrogant, rude and sharp-tongued to the point of cruelty. He’s also hopelessly in love, prepared to die for his crew if need be and bravo and proud in the face of death. Captain Hook is all this and yet completely different. He still has a razor-sharp tongue but his words are edged with not just cruelty but malice. He’s Killian with a whole lot madami darkness at...

Mary-Margaret is VERY angry with Regina and tells her to leave Storybrooke forever because it'll be better for everyone (especially Henry.)

Regina actually 'accepts' this because she loves Henry and leaves....

Later a house apoy is lit at 'Reginas House' and Henry is very sad because he left his 'book' in there. Mary-Margaret tells Emma and Henry that Regina 'died' in the fire. Henry is extremely sad and cries to Emma.

Emma must investigate the apoy ( its her job as sheriff) to see how or WHO started it! She finds fingerprints on the singed door handle. Those fingerprints belonged to Mr.Gold.........

The Tallahassee Flashbacks

I believe that the writers were trying to create a tragic romance in Neal and Emma's backstory, a scenario where she would realistically believe that he'd used her but in truth it'd been a sacrifice. However, it didn't fully work, not for me anyway. My main problem with their relationship in the Tallahassee flashbacks is the fact that Neal didn't need to betray Emma to the police. It's implied that the shock of being arrested and imprisoned was required to frighten Emma out of her current criminal lifestyle, but surely Neal could have simply told her that he wanted...
