BECOMING "THE DARK ONE"
I have a confession to make. I am a little disappointed at how Emma sisne became the new "Dark One". She did so sa pamamagitan ng committing a noble act. And I find that . . . unsatisfying.
The Season One episode, (1.08) "Desperate Soul" revealed that Rumpelstiltskin had originally become "the Dark One" when he was recruited sa pamamagitan ng the title's nakaraan holder, Zoso, to find the dagger that would either allow the former to control him or acquire magical power sa pamamagitan ng killing him.
