So lately ive been leaving my window unlocked and i left a note out for him a couple days nakaraan but last night my window was locked and i told peter a story and sang to him before i went to sleep and i woke up at around 3 in the morning which ive heard people say is supposed to be a magic hour. I probably wouldnt find it strange except that its never happened before bc i take medicine to help me sleep and i usually wake up around 9 in the morning.

well i did feel like he was listening as crazy as that sounds and i thought i heard a brief scratching noise but i cant be sure

It might be a sign, but you might have also just happened to wake up in the night. Maybe you had a dream that woke you up and you forgot it or something, who knows! I wouldn't consider it a definite sign unless you also had some other sign at the same time, like a tap on your window or footsteps on your roof etc.
