Tequila and Salt

This should probably be taped
to your bathroom mirror
where one could read it every day.

You may not realize it,
but it's 100% true.

1. There are at least two people in this world that you would die for.

2. At least 15 people in this world pag-ibig you in some way.

Although they didn't use the term, the nineteenth-century philosophers Søren Kierkegaard and Friedrich Nietzsche are widely regarded as the fathers of existentialism. Their influence, however, has extended beyond existentialist thought. Religious...

Tips for life

1. Take a 10-30 minuto walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutos each day. Buy a lock if you have to.

3. Buy a DVR. Tape your late night shows and get madami sleep.

5. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

6. Play madami games and read madami books than you did in 2008.

7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga or stretching, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our...

Here’s another email...

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items in front of him.

When the class began, he picked up a large empty jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks that were about 2" in diameter. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the rocks. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar....

Well educated, intellectual people, especially scientists at all times demonstrate considerably smaller adherence to religiosity than others. However, there are still believers of the idea of the God in science. If we exclude from their number those who feel a painful requirement for external protection and support sa pamamagitan ng virtue of their poor living circumstances, there are those who come to idea of the God as a result of amazement at a world that has many unsolved problems. The surprising diversification of subjects and entities can be scientifically formulated in principle as it can sustain the...

Lessons for Life

1. Give people madami than they expect and do it cheerfully.

2. Memorize your favourite poem.

3. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have, or loaf all you want.

4. When you say, "I pag-ibig you," mean it.

5. When you say, "I'm sorry," look the person in the eye.

6. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.

7. Believe in pag-ibig at first sight.

8. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much.

9. pag-ibig deeply and passionately. You may get hurt, but it's the only way to live life completely.

10. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name-calling.
