Few things are as predictable in Pokemon (excluding Brock chasing after girls) as the Team Rocket Motto. Our paborito villains will always appear at least once per episode and recite their infamous kasabihan (usually before getting blasted away sa pamamagitan ng Pikachu or another Pokemon). You know it's coming as soon as you hear that famous theme music signifying the "Prepare for trouble!" "And make it double!"

Team Rocket loves to pose and recite their bit of nonsense whenever possible, especially at inopportune times (like when they're attempting to sneak into a building). Meowth is skeptical of the motto's impact, but Jessie and James insist that it's necessary sa pamamagitan ng saying things 'like their "fans" have to come to expect it'. Ironically enough, Ash, Misty, Brock, May, Max, Dawn, and others will patiently sit through TR's lines most of the time. You would think that after years of hearing essentially the same kasabihan every day, they'd interrupt madami frequently. Also, guest characters will often exclaim "What was that all about?" as soon as the kasabihan ends.

Not all Team Rocket mottos are the same. In many of the later episodes, Jessie and James begin their kasabihan with something relevant to the situation. There are also some distinctly different variations on the familiar lines of the whole Team Rocket motto.

Jessie:The Team Rocket Restaurant, blast in for a bite
James:We stay open all day, we stay open all night!

James:It used to be there, but now it's stubble!
Jessie:To protect my head from humiliation!
James:Too bad her hair went on vacation!

The mottos are annoying, but they sure are catchy!
