I like Deoxys too,but I much prefer Starmie! and these two have the same Japanese name.

Recover? HP recovering moves usually end up being a horrible choice, both when I use it and when my opponent uses it. Thats why I don't really use them, and why my opponent fails when they try to recover their HP. They may as well save use both the time and stop using those Full Restores too, it doesn't really help them that much either.
