Or Maybe Haruka/May,but my choice goes to Hikari-chan,well she's a really good character,she's cares about others,she's tries to follow her dream (as does Haruka),I find her to be a really great friend to have and she has an amazing personality.

Misty. She may have an attitude, but it's a good one. She supports and encourages others the way you are supposed to. You don't need pom-poms or anything like that to do it. She is a strong and kind-hearted trainer too.

Dawn showed interest in Ash's gym battles and tried her very best to cheer him on, she never just sat on the side lines are just watched the battle like the other poke girls did. When Ash sometimes lost some battles Dawn encouraged him by using kind words and not slapping or yelling at him! That shows how much Dawn cares about Ash:)

Also,i love Misty's personality.Yeah,agree that she yells and gets mad but that really entertained people actually xD plus towards the end of Johto or in Johto she was no more yelling,shouting or arguing like before.After getting Togepi,her yelling personality was down a bit and then afterwards i didn't believe that this was that earlier Misty whom i saw in season 1 who yells and gets mad all the time.
Oh,anyways,I think Misty is a good person and has a great personality!

dawn is so kind-hearted and caring for others especially for ash wen he loses some of his battles and also there is no slapping
