I... keep having the feeling that someone is with me where I go or there is someone behind... its getting madami frequent... Its like someone is watching me but there is no one there... can someone help me?

I'm in my room, in my class (I'm homeschooled. I was bullied because of what I look like, what I did and for creeping other people out. I could tell them what they were thinking.) and I get the feeling there is someone behind me. I turn around and there is nothing there. I had the feeling someone was watching me, my mum and my dad in the shops yesterday. I'm not scared, just a little confused. I need payo on what to do.
