Neither Sonic nor Shadow is Silver's dad. Sonic was around 15 years old in the 06 game and Silver was born 200 years later. It's impossible for either Sonic or Shadow to be Silver's dad unless one of them has traveled to the future, but that means Silver and Amy aren't related. Even if Silevr was born 100 years later after the 06 game, it would still be impossible.
