The dragon tried to pull the bars of the cage back, with no such luck. The bars were platinum, the dragons' weakness. She had received a cell phone that only gets calls, doesn't make them. The dragon screamed, shooting flames out of her mouth in the process. Whoever put her in a platinum cage had a death wish. She flapped her wings in frustration. Her bright kahel mane hung in her face. Her bright red eyes glowed in anger. The cell phone rang. She quickly dropped from the tuktok bars of the cage and swiped up the phone. She hit the 'recieve' button and held it to her ear. "Hello?"
  "Chasidy. I trust you've seen the movie Saw..." a dark, gruff voice said. 
  "Maybe I have."
  "Well... Here's your chance to live it. I want to play a game. You are indeed in a platinum cage, however, there is a key. Inside the cage, there are hidden objects. Look at the clock in front of you, Chasidy."
 The dragon looked up at the clock. 1:42 PM.
 "You have until 7 o'clock tonight to escape and get to your family before they are killed at my hands."
  The dragon gulped. That's impossible, she thought. apoy dragons can NOT penetrate platinum... And the cage was empty! 
  "Where are they, you worthless son of a bitch?! You sick bastard, Jigsaw was a much better actor than yourself. You must be blind, I see nothing in this prison!" the dragon huffed fire. She heard a chuckle over the line, then a dial tone. 
  The dragon growled and successfully smashed the device. She began to feel around just in case she was missing something. She took a step forward, and her talons made a floorboard creak. She pulled that foot into the air and looked down. After a moment, she crouched down and pulled the board back. There was a box. With a lock on it. That sick bastard. She pulled the box out and sat cross-legged on the floor. She held the box in front of her face, observing the lock. Her eyes darted to the claws on her fingers.
  No, that's too easy. If this is a Saw parody, it cannot be this easy.... She put her claw in anyways, and, as she assumed, it didn't work. She set the box on the ground, and continued to look around. She looked up, and saw something hanging from the ceiling. She gathered her strength and climbed up the bars of the cage. The object was hanging outside of the cage, so she had to reach for it. She extended her arm out of the cage, but in doing so, she slipped a few inches. She cursed under her breath. She climbed again, and clung like Velcro. She reached out again and successfully grabbed the object, which was a small brown bag. She slid down the bar and sat cross-legged again. She slowly opened the bag sa pamamagitan ng its draw-string. She looked in and saw a mouse trap on tuktok of something else. As if she'd reach in before looking. As if! She dumped everything out onto the floor: the mouse trap, another cell phone, a ring of 3 keys, and a folded piece of paper. She carefully lifted the paper and opened it. It read:
 Chasidy,
  By opening this paper, you have activated a device on your wings. If you do not find the key hole and the right key, they will be ripped from your back. I did not believe you would reach into the bag first, that is because that is no mouse trap. 
    Your pal, Xellos.
  So that was the bastard's name. Oh, how that brought satisfaction to the young dragon. She now knew what to call that horrible man, and knew how to track him down. She reached onto her back--with very flexible arms--and tried to locate some sort of key hole. She found one near the base of her neck, Gusot in with her punk mane. Of course. Once he rips the wings from my back, he'll pull the hair from my head, she thought pessimistically. She grabbed the ring of keys, and tried the first one... Too big. The second, too rusted: it broke in half. The last one went in the hole, but didn't turn. She growled and swore. Her thoughts then returned to the box she had unearthed earlier. She scooped it up in one fluid motion, and tried the keys again. The bigger one fit, and turned. The new cell phone rang. She picked it up and pressed the 'receive'  button.
  "Such a shame. If you hadn't picked up the phone, you would have had madami time."
  She looked up at the clock. It was only 4:30! Then she realized... and her pupils shrunk. Searing pain took over her back. The ripping of blood vessels left blood trailing down her back, and the tearing of Buto left her in agony, and she screamed. The dial tone sounded on the other line again. She melted the cell phone, and crouched down to reclaim her breath. Her sobs and screams mixed with the blood that formed in her mouth created an awful sound. Her head jerked up. "XELLOS, YOU SICK BASTARD!! LET ME OUT! LETMEOUT!! LETMEOUTLETMEOUTLETMEOUT!!!!" she clung onto the bars and shook violently like some wild ape. Her eyes glowed brighter than ever before. She fell to the floor again, onto the box. She pulled it out from under her and opened it. A key was in there. She cursed her own name, and took it out. She set it with the other two keys that hadn't broken, it might have madami importance later on. Her tears still flowed from the removal of her wings, as did the blood. She closed her eyes and banged her head against the platinum bars of the cage and hissed as it gave. Her eyes bolted open. This bar wasn't platinum.... It was regular metal... That. Sick. BASTARD. She knocked that bar out of the cage and looked for more. The rest were platinum, however the ones located susunod to the regular metal one had some loose dust on them. She dusted it off with her index finger and saw they were keyholes. She didn't have much time, she concluded after she glanced at the clock. It was already 5:30. She had to get out and find her family. She stuck the key that might have saved her wings into the first bar... It didn't work. She tried the other bar, it worked. She punched it out. She took the remaining key and unlocked the last bar. She kicked it out, and bolted. She kicked down the door, leaving bloody foot/claw prints. She had to get to her family before time was up.
