From Amy it would be yes. But from Sonic he would say, it's very complicated, but he does pag-ibig because Amy is his self-proclaimed girlfriend, but doesn't admit it until the 3rd season episode 76 they proclaim their pag-ibig to be exact, but don't halik or anything. In the video games, I would say yeah, I guess Sonic was still in pag-ibig with her and was in a realationship with her. But in "Sonic and the Black Knight" It's kinda shown Sonic is flirting Nimue, a.k.a Amy. And at the end of the game, Amy and Sonic were getting ready to go on a date, and Amy thought he was making an excuse for not going. So yeah, it's a bit complicated and a bit acceptable. But then Sally is NOT Sonic's girlfriend in Sonic X.

You see, SEGA released a game on the NDS known as Sonic Rush. That game opened the door to an endless possibility of dimensions; parallel or not.

So, the real answer would be this:

The Sonic that we know and pag-ibig does not pag-ibig Amy Rose. There's an infinite number of Sonics and Amys out there in the multiverse. Just because he doesn't pag-ibig her here doesn't mean he doesn't in some other dimension.

I would have to say that Sally Acorn will always be Sonic's true love. Amy Rose is just a friend, who does everything in her power to make Sonic fall in pag-ibig with her, but I don't think he ever will. Not saying that he doesn't like her, but he doesn't pag-ibig her.
