When they entered the Senate House a redheaded girl was arguing with Octavian. "Hi, Rachel" The girl named Rachel looked up. "I recal telling you you were not the hero. Now I hear you've battled a giant?" "Yah," Percy replied. "Me and my soal were happy then, and still are now. Next time you tell me my soal won't be reaped, I'd like to know in advance." As Annabeth pulled away from Percy to ask "You haven't told them yet?" Frank, who had been strangly quiet, wondered outloud "You had your soal reaped?" "No, and no." Was Percy's response. Rachel asked, "You haven't told them? Really?" "Yah" Percy admited. "TEll US WHAT!!!!" Hazel almost exploded with frustration. Percy took a deap breath, but Rachel was ahead of him. She recited: "A half-blood of the eldest gods, shall reach 16 agenst all odds, and see the world in endless sleep, the hero's soal,cursed blade shall reap, a single choice shall end his days, Olympus to preserve or raze." "Harsh" was all Hazel could think to say.

eOlympus 3. Leo Even before Hazel screamed, Frank looked as if he wanted to hug his coat pocket, and everyone in the Senate house backed away, Leo knew two things: 1. He had missed something, and, 2. He was on fire. Leo tried to stop the flame, but the fire was big. "Uh... a little help, guys?" When his hair had been de-flamed [sorry if it isn't a word], Leo walked around to where the biggest group of people were. "What did I miss?" "We were discussing the first great prophacy." "Yah," Leo said, "Luke was a loser." "Luke?" Hazel looked puzzeled, but Leo still noticed the way she eyed him, as if he was about to catch fire again. "The hero," Rachel explained. "Whatever." Leo said. "I still think he was stupid, and deserved what he got." "You weren't there," Percy insisted. "We weren't eather." Frank pointed out. "Long story short: Luke, son of Hermes, was hosting the body of Kronos. Percy, Annabeth, and Grover were fighing him (Grover is a Satyr, Lord of the Wild). Annabeth was injured. The only weapon left was Annabeth's knife, which Luke had given her with the promise they would create a family, as they had bolth run away from their homes. That was the cursed blade. Percy gave Luke the blade. Luke stabbed himself. Olympus was preserved," Rachel explained. "While you can understand prophacies well," Octavian, who had been listening in, taunted, "A mere mortal like yourself will never be able to speak them. It will be me who leads the heros on their quest, not you." All of a sudden Rachel fainted. Percy catched her. "NOW DO YOU SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE?" A crowd gathered, as, all of a sudden, Rachel's eyes opened and began to glow green.

eOlympus 4. Frank Wierd, creepy, unnautral. Those were some words describing Rachel at that moment. Percy set her down on a stool, and green smoke billowed out her mouth. Rachel spoker, in a voice quite unlike her own: "Go set out for your quest, Those who win will be the best, Gaea is your enemy, Keep secrets and destroyed you shall be, Wisdom's daughter walks alone, The Mark of Athena burns through Rome." Rachel gasped, and there was a silence as her eyes opened. That silence didn't last for long. "Traitors!" Octavian was voicing aloud what Frank was sure many of his fellow Romans were thinking. "They are tricking us with fake prophacies. Kill them." Frank figured the Greeks would pull away from frioght, no matter how brave Percy happened to be, so he was surprised when a buff girl stepped forward, sword out, and spoke: "Not without a fight."

eOlympus 5. Piper Piper didn't want to fight agenst her new friends, but if it came to life of death, she would protect her camp-her home, the only place people would ever acept her. Luckily, it didn't come to that. "Stop." Before now, Piper didn't think as Percy as a great leader, but now he almost seemed to glow - the kind of thing that might happen to a god. "By killing the Greeks you will have to kill me. By killing the Romans you will have to do the same. Then Jason stepped forward. "Either way, you will have to kill bolth of us." Gods, Jason was hot. His blond hair looked windblown, and his blue eyes seemed to crackle with electricity. Octavian himself looked stunned. When Rachel had spoken the prophacy, he had appeared embaressed, but now he was dowwwnright angry. Everyone had put away their weapons now exept the girl who had origanally taken hers out... what was her name again? Larisse? Clara? "Clarisse, please." Percy looked desparate now. "Fine, prissy." Clarisse gave him a punch for good measure. Percy doubled over, clutching his stomache. "Percy, are you alright?" Hazel, Frank, and Annabeth rushed over. "C'mon, Jackson, you can't pretend that hurt. "He must of lost his curse when he entered Roman land," Annabeth remarked. All of a sudden a woman apperaed beside them. She was dressed in clothes of dirt, and her eyed were closed. The woman raised a sword, and Percy Jackson crumpled to the ground.

eOlympus 6. Percy Percy saw his life flash by. He didn't see normal of happy times, though. He saw death. The deaths of people he had known. Gaea's face apperared to him as he saw more recent memories. "You miss then, don't you? There is a way to stop more from doing so. Come to me.You and your friends will see pain, yes, but you will not die.Come to me, and I will spear the seven. Do not, and you shall all perish." Mother Earth's face disappered. Percy woke up in a brightly lit room. He squinted, then winced. NOTE: THIS CHAPTER IS NOT OVER. IT IS JUST THAT I ALREDY POSTED TWO CHAPTERS THIS MORNING AND WANT A BREAK.

eOlympus 6. Percy (continued) Percy woke up in a brightly lit room. He squinted, then winced. His back felt as if on fire, and his head hurt.Percy could see faces above him, but they were all fuzzy. Percy tried to get up, but his head spun. Someone caught him before he cracked open his head. Then he blacked out again. The next time Percy woke up everything was more clear. Seven people were grouped around him, the other six of the prophecy, and an Apollo healer. They all had their backs to Percy and were talking in whispered voices. "Do you think he will make it?" One voice asked. "Yeah," Percy was surprised to hear how dry his voice was, and how much his throat hurt. "I think I will." They all looked at him with obvious relief, then rushed over. During the next few minutes Percy learned that they were already on the ship and that dinner was in twenty minutes. "I'm hungry, let's go."Percy said, but he almost fainted again when he tried to get up. "I'm sorry, Percy" Annabeth said, "But you will have to use a wheelchair for a few hours, until you are ready to get up on your own." "Fine." Percy said, and while he didn't want to use one, Percy knew he couldn't get up on his own. During dinner Hazel told Percy that the Camp Jupiter campers would be temporarily moved to Camp Half-Blood. "l'm exited,"she told Percy, "l can't wait to see your home." Home. That one word felt like all the happiness in the world, but Percy knew it would be a long time til he finally got there.

eOlympus 7. Jason Jason couldn't believe Camp Jupiter was moving to Camp Half-Blood. Of course it made sense, as two camps would be stronger than one, and Half-Blood had stronger boundaries. But Jason knew many Romans wouldn't be happy, even if it was for the best. Instead of listening to the conversation, Jason studied people's faces. Percy looked as if he had had a bad dream he was unwilling to share. Frank, who was sitting next to Leo, looked horrified as--oh Gods! when was Leo's head ever going to be clear of flames? Hazel was studying Leo, as if he were a textbook she had to memorize, and Annabeth was rubbing her arm in pain as if it hurt her, though Jason had never known Annabeth to look so weak before. Jason remembered the prophecy, "Keep secrets and destroyed you shall be," and he knew what he had to do. The seven were eating alone, while the rest of Camp Jupiter and the people from Camp Half-Blood were eating downstairs, so Jason knew they wouldn't be overheard. "Guys, I've been thinking." They all stopped and looked at him. "I know we all have secrets. Can we all swear on the river Styx to tell all secrets and not despise, hate or turn against each other because of them?" A mumbling went around the room. "We swear..." "Ladies first," Jason said, and motioned for Hazel to begin. "I should be dead," Hazel stated. "Yes, we've all come close to dying in battle, but I died 70 years ago. Nico only recently brought me back. I died fighting Gaea. Did you know she planned to rise in the 1940's? She possessed my mother. "I am cursed, you see. I raise jewels and metals from the ground," she pointed to a bar of gold that had appeared from nowhere. Leo bent to pick it up, but Hazel shrieked, "NO! Don't touch it! They're cursed. "My final act was dying to stop Gaea from rising. But that isn't why I am so nervous about the quest. I used to know someone who looked and acted just like Leo." Hazel turned to him. "Do you know anyone named Sammy?" "Yeah," Leo replied. "Sammy was my granddad. He used to have a girlfriend named Hazel...No way!" "Yes." Jason listened as Frank explained his curse, Percy told them how Gaea had wanted him to come to her with the others, Leo came close to tears over his mother's death, and Piper confessed that she thought she wasn't strong or powerful enough to be on the quest. Compared to all the other troubles his friends were having, Jason's own secret seemed foolish. But he confessed his love for Piper and his worry that Reyana--his ex-girlfriend--would cause trouble because of it. Finally only Annabeth was left. And when it was her turn, she burst into tears.
