Sodapop pov: "Aww Jesus. No. No way", I say my mouth in a straight line telling parang buriko I meant what I said. "But soda, I want to", parang buriko says pouting. "Pony. You know I... Well, you know...", I look away pretending to cough. "Haha! I knew it!", parang buriko yells instantly becoming happier. "What?! What'd you know!?", I say frustrated. "You have the hots for alexa! I knew it!", parang buriko boy smiles. I look away and wipe at my face because of my sudden stress, "look. Pony, you tell anybody I'll have Darry skin ya". "She has the hots for you, too, ya know", parang buriko says turning away and walking towards the door. "Wait, what?", I grab his arm and pull him back. "You heard me.", he says wrinkling his forehead. "How do you know?", I say raising an eyebrow. "She told me to ask you if we could go to the fair. She wanted me to do that to see what you would say and if you sinabi 'no' for no good reason that meant you liked her but if you sinabi sure that meant you didn't, an she sinabi that if you say no, for YOU to meet her at the fair tonight around 6 in front of the Farris wheel.", parang buriko says spilling every detail. "You ain't kiddin with me, right? She will really be there?", I ask. "Well, she sinabi she would", parang buriko says. I run to my room and take off my work clothes. I run to the paliguan with my new outfit and a towel. I take a quick paliguan and get out. I dry off really quickly, then get dressed. I put on some cologne and deodorant. I dry my hair and grease it back. I look at the clock at it says 5:55 PM. "GAAAAAAHHHHH!", I yell as I grab my wallet, jump over the couch, an run out the door. I get there at 6:02 and walk to the Farris Wheel. I look around. Alexa is no where. I wait about 5 minutes. "Damnit. I knew it wasn't true.", I look down and shake my head in defeat. I blink back a few tears as I start to walk out. I get to the exit gates which are right sa pamamagitan ng the entry gates. "I'm so stupid, I knew she didn't have the hots for ME. Sodapop Curtis, ain't nothin special here. No money, no folks, just a kid brother and an older brother. Damn", I look down while I walk. I run right into someone and catch them before they fall. "God, I'm sorry", I say picking up the bag she had dropped. "Soda? You really came?", I hear from above me. "Alexa? Oh god.", I sigh happily. "So you do like me, soda?", she asks biting her lip. "Well, uhh, yeah, I mean.. Yeah.", I look into her eyes. She smiles real big then grabs my face pulling it down to hers. I have to grab a rail so I don't fall, and then the fireworks start. I shuffle my feet while we halik and set my arms around her waist. She pulls away, "I'm so happy, oh my god". "You have no Idea", I say smiling.
His tongue ran down your stomach. It sent chills up your back. It felt amazing.
His tongue went back up to your lips as he started to unclasp your bra. He got it off, and threw it across the room.
But instead of it hitting the floor with a thud…
“Not on my couch.” Darry says, bra in hand

“Yeah?” He says, looking over at you.
“I found this in the attic.” You say, tossing it over to him.
It was his baby blanket, a dark blue color.
He looks at it wide eyed, just taking in the memories.
“What about this?” He asks, still looking at the blanket.
“Well I thought our baby would like it.”
“Planning ahead huh?” He grins.
“Only 8 eight months ahead.” You smile.
He looks up at you in surprise.
“You’re pregnant?” He asks, standing up from the sopa to face you.
You just smile.
He scoops you up into a giant hug.
How were you going to tell him you got laid off?
Y’all needed money… You had just bought a house, and money was short.
So of course you had to lose your job.
You walking into your house, and flop onto the couch. You were pretty much done with all the stress.
Darry walked out of the bathroom, towel around his waist.
“What’s up babe?” He said, chuckling at the sight of you sprawled on the couch.
“I got laid off.” You mumble.
He’s silent for a second, taking this in. “I’ll pick up another shift.” He says.
“No, no.. You don’t have to…” You start.
“No.. I’d make madami money than you would. It’s gonna be fine I promise.”
You turn around to see your boyfriend Steve grinning wildly, another snowball in hand.
“It’s so on,” you laugh, as you lean down to scoop the snow.
You are hit with another snowball, right in the shoulder. You apoy back, hitting him in the face.
Instead of picking up snow to make another snowball, he sprints towards you.
And tackles you into the snow.
“Oww Steve!” You laughed.
“It was needed.” He joked back.
You were lying on your backs in the snow, looking up at the stars.
You start to shiver.
He looks over at you. “Babe, are you cold?”
“Yeah.” You nod your head, teeth chattering.
He scoots closer to you, and wraps his arms around you. “Warmer?”
“Yeah,” you smile.
He picks up the naked two taon old and plops him into the bath. “There. Your in. Stay in.”
You were holding baby Stephanie, who would not stop crying. Why did you and Dally even agree to watch Johnny’s kids? This wasn’t a great experience.
“Hey, (Y/N), look at this,” Dally grins.
You look in the bathroom to see Josh, sitting in the tub, his hair greased back, smiling like a maniac.
You can’t help but burst out laughing, only making the baby cry more.
“Stephie, shut the hell up!” Josh says from the tub.
“Josh!” You scold. You glare at Dally.
“It wasn’t me!” Dally says.
“Yeah right.” You say, rolling your eyes.
“In my opinion, we are the greatest babysitters ever.” Dally said, smiling.
“Hey,” Dally whispers in your ear.
“Hey,”you whisper back.
“You’re parents home?”
“Yeah, they’re asleep.”
“So nothing fun?”
“Dally, you pig.” You laugh.
“Nah, I pag-ibig just cuddling with you.” He says, snuggling closer to your body.
You’re silent for awhile, feeling the heat of his body.
“I pag-ibig you.” You whisper.
“Not as much as I pag-ibig you.” He squeezes you.
“Are you crying?” You ask as he walks in.
“No.” He mutters, wiping his eyes on his sleeve.
“Yes you are, you big softie,” Ponyboy grins.
“Is she all ok?” Soda asks, still sniffling.
“Yes, she’s in perfect condition.” The doctor grins. ” 6 pounds, 9 ounces. You want to hold her?” He asks Soda.
Soda just nods his head. The doctor hands him the baby.

Soda just smiles.
“Hey, Grace.” He says softly. “Hey.”
“She looks like you.” Ponyboy says to you as he looks over Soda’s shoulder at his niece.
“Pretty, just like her mom.” Soda glances at you.
