Does this sound like a good story opening?


My life was always horrible, my half-demon mother died years after my birth. I miss her... when she did my stepfather began abusing me... so I began a horrible life of trying to fight the need to scar my body with the blade of a knife.
I was possessed, a demon's curse, that slowly destroyed my soul and lifespan.
I decided to runaway, with the condition my body was in I didn't think I would last long on the streets but I managed to live with my body's fatal conditions... but the tanong is, would I survive the rest of my life as a half-demon, half-human hybrid with blood problems?

It it an emo story, but she only cuts because she is controlled sa pamamagitan ng this demon, who is forcing her to cute herself and slowly kill herself.
