You can make a walang tiyak na layunin name in pretty much every language. Or you can go with google earth, look at some exotic places, like say... some obscure Pacific island, and you can mishmash names like that... or not depending on what kind of name you want.

Well, something I personally pag-ibig is symbolism.

You can look at all sorts of things for inspiration. Some examples of things that could inspire you are:
-Ogham symbolism
-Constellations and their meanings
-Flowers and Trees symbolism (different than Ogham)
-Mythology of all different cultures
-Old and/or Dead Languages
