I think that Pagsulat when you're upset is a totally natural thing, but you really should try and use it for madami than just personal Pagsulat if you feel up to it. Not necessarily poems or songs, could be short fiction, anything, just learn how to use that emotion to craft something: All the best artists do! Professional writers call what you are talking about, 'automatic writing'. That means you sit down and you just write. Completely uninhibited, whatever comes into your head there and then. It is actually a really good tool to help you learn how to write on demand, though you would obviously need to expand it past the times when you are upset. Pagsulat is a cathartic experience. For literally a few hundred years, people have been keeping journals of their lives, and I think most people are madami inclined to write if they are upset about something. It is a stress relief of sorts, and they actually have something specific to write about. The one warning though- don't write down something that you wouldn't want others to read. People are naturally nosy, and they will read it if they find it. If you do feel the need to do that, keep it somewhere discreet or destroy it afterwards. I've been keeping journals for years. In them I am the most blunt and honest I ever am, and so many problems have arisen from that. So yeah, be careful with your writing, but when there is anything that inspires you to write, use it.
