what should I add?

Im Pagsulat a story about a girl who becomes paralyzed sa pamamagitan ng a car crash. Im not sure what else should happy in it. Here are some details:
-her mga kaibigan have abandoned her because they feel like its their fault n theyre embarrassed.
-Her brother is mad at her for getting so much attention from their parents.
-another kid whos in a wheelchair is trying to be her friend but she doesnt want to.
-her lil sister is deaf and gets picked on a lot.
-shes really depressed and angry because of the accident.

i have some ideas, but if you can come up with anything id really appreciate it!
