I need a title!

I'm Pagsulat a dystopian story it's about a girl named Evelyn Gray and her dad is the king of a country( that I need a name for as well).After a civil war struck, her ancestors decided to bring in the Gray procedure, the procedure that removes colour form people making them all equal. But there has been some malfunctions creating the Colorful Ones. Evelyn thought the world was so perfect that way, but after being the witness in her mother's murder she finds out she was wrong. She flees in the woods and finds an un-expected ally. Can Evelyn change the country forever? What will she have to sacrifice?

If anyone could help me find a pamagat and a name for the country that would be great.
