Pagsulat Tanong

I want to know if these names fit the characters.

Raven- A Girl who used to care to much, but doesn't care much anymore. she's the main character and likes to walk alone than rather with people who are fake. She hates school but a new boy who is like her (weird, Gray eyes, alone) comes to her school. she has nothing to do with him. Raven has a kind puso covered in ice, A cold soul that has yet to be awoken ;P Blonde hair (Long) , Gray eyes, tallish.

Asher (Ash) - Kind, goofy, caring. but different and alone. He sees Raven as a girl who needs a friend.
But he has no idea whats coming. He's got black hair (emo cut), Gray eyes, tall.

If u want to read the story, it's in the tanong "Good or bad? Drop it or keep writing?" Or just message me (: Oh and i need a name for a dull town ;D please make the name darkish or sound boring like (But be creative plz) (:
it's a small town, gray buildings, black, gray, white houses. it has a giant forest susunod to it called Darkwood Forest. Only a few stores and like 16 houses.

Asher is Pale (and has a dark style of clothing)

Pagsulat Sagot

I think the name Raven really bumagay that character, from how you described her it sounded like she saw herself as a Nawawala cause. The imagery of a dark bird is perfect for that, it gives the character a certain sophistication. And I like the name Ash, and it does fit a caring/goofy type. However, you described him as rather dark, and the name ash is slightly to childish, just my opinion. If I were you I would keep the name Asher but not use the nickname. sa pamamagitan ng the way, your story sounds great. Good luck!

They're cool names, and I think they can fit the characters, but they're kind of "loaded" names. Loaded names are names that other iconic characters have been ibingiay that make readers think of them. It's sort of like typecast for an author. When I read Raven, I thought of "That's So Raven," and then Raven from Teen Titans and even Edgar Allen Poe's "the Raven." You may be able to get away with Raven still, but not Ash. I'm sorry, but when I hear Ash, I think, "Ash Catchem!" from Pokemon. Maybe as an alternative, you could try blending Raven and Ash with other names you like. For example, if you like the name hasmin as well as Raven, you could blend them to make Javen or Rasmine, totally unique names that people will remember! (You can use those names if you like) Hope this helped! :)
