What should a character in my story look like?

The character is a girl, her name in Samatra, she lived on a floating island with her friends, she is a neutral character but is mga kaibigan with the good people, she is a flirt and tries to look her best, she is a bit self-centered, selfish and vain, she develops a crush on all the cute boys she meets, and if they have a girlfriend, Samatra gets very jealous of her but despite all that, she is quite bravo and witty.
