I was outside. It was hot and sunny. About summer time, I was guessing. Beside of me set an old room. It was in ruins. I studied it for a moment, and then it hit me.
The room was the one I had been in when I put the kutsilyo through my heart. I walked over to it, and ran my hand over the charred remains.
It started to rain, sprinkling at first, and then it became harder. I took shelter in the room, half of the roof still stood.
The sun was in the eastern part of the sky, and it was raining in the west. I saw a bahaghari emerging in the middle. I watched as the mga kulay became madami and madami vivid. I smiled; every thing always had some color to it.
I leaned against a door in the room. It was in ruins too. I hoped it wouldn’t cave in. I would be stuck. Night began to fall, the moon sat high in the sky. It was peculiar, for I could still see the rainbow.
It wasn’t raining anymore, thankfully. I left the ruined room and laid in the grass. It was soft, and had a fresh scent. The damo was somewhat damp, but I figured it was better than lying under the ruined roof, waiting for it to crush me.
I felt a presence, and looked behind me. I sat up, to find tsokolate brown eyes staring at me. His blonde hair was messy and out-of-place, instead of neatly groomed like usual. His thin lips curved up into a smile as he came and lifted me up. He held me in such a way a groom would carry his bride into the threshold of the house they would share together.
Alexander’s hair fell in front of one of his eyes as he looked at me. I was being rescued sa pamamagitan ng my prince charming. Just in time. A tear ran down my cheek as he kissed me.
“Damien…Damien come on. Dr. Demidov, wake-up…” A voice said. Alexander disappeared and I fell back onto the grass.
“We are losing him! Get the panels!” I looked around hurriedly. What was going on? I felt a shock go through my body. It was all over.
